How to delete your account

1. Sign in at app.aweighweather.com with the email address and password of your account.
2. Tap the circle with your initials at the top right of the forecast.
3. At the bottom of your account settings, open Delete your account.
4. Enter your password, and type DELETE in the confirmation box.
5. Tap Delete my account and data.

Go to account deletion (you must sign in first).

If you cannot sign in

On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?. We send a reset link to the email address of your account. Set a new password, then follow the steps above.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account and all the data stored with it:

• Your email address, display name, and password.
• Your saved ports, vessels, and thresholds.
• Your daily outlook settings.
• Your password-reset records and signed-in device records.
• The record of which legal documents you accepted.

We keep no archive and no copy. We cannot restore an account after you delete it. You can sign up again with the same email address.

What deletion does not remove

Google Analytics data is not linked to your account, so deletion does not affect it. Settings that your browser or the app stores on your device, such as units and night mode, stay until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. The Privacy Policy gives the full details.
